Croatia is an island off the coast of Italy. The two main national parks in Croatia: Zadar and Dubrovnik. If you’re interested in the natural beauty of these areas, I’ve prepared a short guide for you. Give time to read.
The first of these is Dubrovnik, which is in Croatia’s Dalmatian region. Dubrovnik was once the first Christian settlement in the country, and it has retained some of its former glory and view despite being a port town. It also is a famous tourist destination, with an attractive coastline, beautiful lakes, plenty of history, heritage and plenty of shopping time to tour from.
The second is Zadar Island, which is located in the Dalmatian province of Croatia. It is a popular holiday destination area as it has a beautiful coastline, lakes, river and island. It is a city that’s well worth exploring in a day, so if you’re interested in natural view and culture, you might want to go there for a day visit. It’s also home to one of the world’s oldest heritage churches, which is worth seeing.
The last of these is the country’s largest park, Deganja National Heritage Park. Deganja is one of the world’s largest and most biodiverse parks for tours and trip, and it is often considered to be one of Croatia’s key sites for the protection of natural biodiversities such as water reservoirs like river and lakes. This is largely due to the presence of several unique species, including the critically endangered black bear.
These parks are part of a network of reserves that all come under the Croatian law. These include the Seljavo-Cirkulja National Park, which is very known among tourists who want to enjoy the view and sights, sounds and smells of a nature reserve and river area without having to make any kind of commitments to actually go. Other sites like Krka National Park are popular as well for a small day tour.
In order to get into these parks, you need to show some identification, and you must also fill out a detailed application (including your personal information). Many tourists fail to do this and end up getting turned away or even losing money on their day trip.
Some of the National Parks of the country are more known than others such as Krka, Split, Mljet, Velebit and Risnjak. You can easily tell which ones have more visitors because the best times to visit them tend to fall between late summer and late autumn.
I would also recommend visiting the two parks Zadar and Dubrovnik during this time, as they are the most famous and there is less chance of having to travel to another area to enjoy the beauty. There are also some great beaches to visit.
Krka is also well worth visiting, although there are better places in the region to travel. It is very well known for being the first Croatian island to have a connection with the Renaissance heritage and for being the site where Leonardo Da Vinci invented the Mona Lisa.
It is quite possible to combine a visit to the Croatia National Parks with a visit to the famous Dalmatian beaches. These are both ideals for holidaymakers who enjoy water sports or scuba diving. However, many people don’t take advantage of these facilities and end up spending most of their time on the beach, taking advantage of the clear blue waters and cool breeze, and the amazing sea life they see.
Krka also offers one of the best options for tours and visiting all of the sites mentioned above. It is close to Zadar and the Seljavecuk Mountains, so it is easy to travel there by public transport. There are also a variety of motorway options, which makes it easy to reach the coast from Krka top.
Delfi Island is a small popular place to visit and travel as well. The town and beaches are located on the north-western tip of the island, where there is an abundance of area activities, especially when compared to the central part of the region. It is also very picturesque and you can often see the mountains view from the top of the beaches.
The three Croatia National Parks mentioned here are some of the better-known ones. Visit Krka, Split, Mljet, Velebit and Risnjak. You should be able to find something in all of them, but the best time to go is when the weather is a warm day and the crowds are thin. That is, of course, if you’re a tourist.
